I’m beyond happy with my custom made, white piano music box. The song I wanted to be turned into a music box did not work at first. However, the music box composer was so incredibly patient and accommodating and worked with me to modify the song in a way that made it possible to be turned into a music box. The modified version is sooooo beautiful. The composer was so patient with taking my feedback and incorporating any changes, so that the final tune really is perfect. When the music box was done, I was sent a high quality video of the entire song and device prior to creating the final music box. I was soooo happy with everything, I ended up ordering 2 music boxes!
I can’t tell you how touched I am with personal attention the company gave to me, the quality of the music box, customer service, communication, and overall, absolute professionalism of this company.
