If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The process was easy, the music box and its tune are BEAUTIFUL and the customer service is great. I ordered 2 and only one came, but they got back to me the next day and are already sending me the other one.
My dad wrote me a song and I made this music box with the tune so it is SO special to me. I 100% recommend!!
Very highly recommended, the custom tune option makes for a truly special gift. It is definitely helpful to have some grasp on music theory and/or MIDI when reviewing demos/arrangements but overall the process was very smooth with very prompt communications from the seller. It is also helpful to carefully review the limitations of the music box mechanism to understand why changes may need to be made and keep said limitations in mind when suggesting revisions to the arrangement. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the final product, the tune sounds even better than the final demo in person and the engraving turned out perfect!
