I love my music box! Delivery was quick once it shipped and the ordering process was easy; they sent me a demo of what it would sound like since I got a custom tune and it matches beautifully. The price is a little steep but I've wanted a custom one for so long, and to me, it was worth it!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The process was easy, the music box and its tune are BEAUTIFUL and the customer service is great. I ordered 2 and only one came, but they got back to me the next day and are already sending me the other one. My dad wrote me a song and I made this music box with the tune so it is SO special to me. I 100% recommend!!

Working with Thirawisit to customize the tune within the music box was easy and fun, and the end product I received exceeded my expectations; my wife absolutely loved it!
