I ordered this music box at the beginning of this month and received it after only 12 days of working. I was really pleased with the quality of the product as well as the custom service.
The composer was really nice and patient due to my several changes when making customized demos. Although they’ve notified me that the final might not sound precisely as it should be, however, the result is better than I expected. Besides, finishing wooden work is also a plus point, the real walnut color will look better in reality, the music mechanism is fine-tuned as well.
This service is worth the wait, the money and absolutely satisfies my perfectionism. Five stars given!

This really is one of kind! I did an original song and the initial recording contained too many notes, but the communication back and forth was quick and easy and the end result sounds amazing! Also, I wasn’t sure if the image I chose would come out okay because it had many fine details, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my package. It looks and sounds great! I got our box as an anniversary gift for my husband. The original song (our wedding song) I picked didn’t work well on the box, but communication was fantastic and I was able to change it to another song easily. This music box is a retirement present for my music teacher, and so I was very picky with the transcription and turning it into a music box, the musician was gracious of all my changes and you can’t make up that great sound.
