   I feel like this is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given a significant other. This process was absolutely amazing and not only the musician was kind and patient, but the other customer service people were too! Although the price isn’t cheap, but for the amount of effort and service, it’s the best $130 you can spend on a gift for someone you love. Thank you so much, I truly loved the product as much as I enjoyed being a part of the customisation process. Now I can only hope he loves it as much as me!

   The music box came out beautiful. I wrote this song for my girlfriend after we had an amazing trip to New York & she’ll have an amazing keepsake to hold on to the memory of it, plus if I do say so myself, that melody makes for a great music box.    What a great product and experience! The music box is great, getting a custom song approved was easy, and they worked with me to get the item shipped in time for a specific date. I have nothing but great things to say about this item and experience!

    Price is not bad, but the quality of the mechanism isn’t great. A couple of the notes sound grating/squeaky and it detracts from the overall tune.

      I’m sorry to hear that the music box doesn’t sound good as you wish. Could you email me some video to check? If it happens because of malfunction or defect, I will send you a replacement right away. However, please note that it’s normal for a mechanical music box to have some creaking sound. It’s a physical effect resulted from repeated notes (same notes are played in a short period of time). We have developed our mechanism for years to solve this problem. It makes our custom tune music box has less creaking sound than general music boxes, but it’s impossible to eliminate it completely as long as there are repeated notes. We confirm that we make your music box as good as the 18-notes music box can be.

      P.S. If you compare our mechanism to big-sized mechanisms from other store, it will be different. The big-sized one will have a “damper” underneath a comb to fix the creaking sound. The damper can’t be added to the small-sized mechanism like ours.

    I ordered a custom music box, and it’s amazing. Everything about the box is like what I designed on the website, and the custom music sounds even better than the numerical demo they sent me before the manufacturing process. The engraving is really detailled and I’m super happy with the result. Will definitely order again if I ever need to make a really special gift for someone !

    I wanted to leave a review after seeing my boyfriend’s reaction to the music box I got him but I simply couldn’t wait to write about how perfect it is! I am amazed by its quality as well as the dedication behind the customization of a tune (as it was my case). I couldn’t find any other site where the song I wanted could be translated to a music box melody, but Only One outdid themselves. Totally worth it!

    Received my customised music box and I have to admit, I was amazed by the detailed engraving. With the music box being Rosewood, I was expecting it to be quite dark, but you can see it clearly. The whole look, feel and craftmanship of the box is brilliant. Now came to test out the chimed melody and I have to admit, I was quite concerned over Suwatchara’s computer demo as it didn’t do the original tune any justice – it sounded like it was done using steel drums. But when I listened to my music box chime, I was gobsmacked and my heart sank, listening to those chimes. Beautiful! Comparing the original tune to the chimed version, it wasn’t quite tuned to the original, but all the elements of the tune were there and the tones in all the right places. My mother will be so pleased with her birthday gift and I cant thank everyone enough for all those involved in the design and creative process. I will certainly purchase this again in the near future. Thank-you!

    Perfect! I just know my daughter will love this. I got a custom tune – a lullaby I used to sing to her as a baby. I searched far and wide for someone who could customize a music box with the song I wanted – and found Only One Music Box!

    I was so worried when the box arrived because the packaging was completely crushed. Prepared for the worst, I opened it to find that the interior packaging was so protective that the music box wasn’t damaged at all. Well done guys!! I have no doubt that I will order more in the future.
