   Beautiful music box. Excellent customer service. FAST SHIPPING. I asked for expedited shipping because my mother was in hospice and it was a gift for her grandchild. I got a notice on Tuesday that it had shipped. I received it the next day hours before my mother died. Such a special gift. Highly recommend.

   I was a little worried ordering a custom made product on a website I hadn’t heard of that ships from across the world – but my worries were unfounded & were proven wrong.
   Not only was my product shipped promptly, and delivered across the world in record time.. The product is BEAUTIFUL. It exceeds my expectations and I encourage anyone apprehensive to give Only One Music Box your patronage.
   I ordered 4/18/23 – received my “Demo” 4/20 and today 5/1/23 I received my custom made music box with a custom song.
   WOW – just wow.

   It’s great! I’m very happy with out the music turned out. The customer service was excellent as well! They were quick to respond with whatever changes I wanted to make to the demos as well as when I wanted to change my engraving last minute. However, I’m disappointed with the engraving on the box; I would’ve rather not gotten an engraving given the result.

     We’re so sorry that you were disappointed with the engraving result. The inconsistent mark can occur sometime at the point of thin lines. We normally fix it manually with a marker. For this case, we may not check your box thoroughly. If you see this message and would like to fix the engraving mark please contact us.

   Outstanding. I ordered a custom tune and the music box arrived less than 3 weeks later. The box is heavy for it’s size and the wood is flawlessly finished. It was well packaged and the presentation box was a plus that I had not expected. The artist that wrote the song provided the appropriate timing for the time allotted and the demo reflected it beautifully. When I wound the music box and played it, the tone and pace of the piece was perfect. I bought two; one for me and the other for the artist who created the music over 40 years ago. A perfect memory preserved. Just wonderful. Thank you.

   The music box I ordered arrived today, and I could not be happier. It is perfect, down to the quality of the box itself (it’s beautiful wood grain), my unique message on top, my custom song – everything about it. I didn’t think there was a chance I would get it on time (I needed it in under a week), but the person I dealt with at Only One was really understanding and said they would do their best to get it to me quickly. It’s feels like a miracle. I cannot thank you enough for jumping on my request and doing it so beautifully. Made my day! (By the way, the photos don’t do it justice – it’s even more lovely in person.)

   I am in the USA and must admit that I was a bit wary in purchasing this product overseas. The entire process did not take long and my item arrived much faster than I expected. The music box I received was beautifully made and it brought tears to my grandfather‘s eyes when we gave it to him. Thank you so much I will continue to recommend you.

   Music box arrived very promptly and was everything I was hoping it would be! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the product, the company making it, the shipping, and the entire process.     This is an exquisite gift! I can’t praise the sellers enough. They are pleasant, kind, and very communicative. They reply fast to emails and constantly update you on the status of your product. They work fast and adhere to all of their advertised timelines to a tee, so you know exactly when to expect your demo, your finished product, and your package tracking number. They send you photos and videos of your product throughout the creation process to ensure that you’re satisfied. The craftsmanship is high quality- the wood is beautiful, my custom tune sounds clear and lovely, and the engraving is intricate and neat.
