   Absolutely amazing! I was so excited when it was delivered and even more excited when I opened it! It’s a gift to my sister and brother in law’s wedding, but I almost want to keep it for myself! I will definitely be ordering from Only One Music Box again next time I ever need them! The ultra protective packaging was a good sight to see as well, it would be impossible to break the box!

    Very highly recommended, the custom tune option makes for a truly special gift. It is definitely helpful to have some grasp on music theory and/or MIDI when reviewing demos/arrangements but overall the process was very smooth with very prompt communications from the seller. It is also helpful to carefully review the limitations of the music box mechanism to understand why changes may need to be made and keep said limitations in mind when suggesting revisions to the arrangement. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the final product, the tune sounds even better than the final demo in person and the engraving turned out perfect!

    It’s perfect! The song sounds beautiful and the music box itself feels sturdy and well-built. The process was super smooth from the very start. I wanted to get a particular arrangement of the song I had in mind, so I created the arrangement in my DAW in midi and posted a YouTube video of it playing out on a piano roll on March 7th. I linked the video in the contact form to make sure it was alright, and they responded with confirmation the very next day. I placed the order March 8th, received the demo March 10th, and after some prompt emails back and forth, I approved the demo on the 11th. Due to limitations of production there were a few changes that needed to be made, but it was all understandable stuff and nothing that really bothered me. On March 18th I got an email saying it had been shipped, and I received it earlier today, the 20th (fastest international shipping ever, wow). Overall, the whole process was very smooth and incredibly fast.
    This was a gift for my niece, Serafina, who is 6 months old today. Her parents thought it was amazing. We elected not to let Serafina stick her fingers in box’s actual machinery, but I am happy to report that Serafina seems enamored with it, and the outside of the box apparently passed her taste test

    Never got my music box. Checked the tracking number and it said it was returned to the sender. Very disappointed and would like a refund or for my package to be delivered.

      We are sorry to hear that USPS can’t deliver your package successfully as usual and it’s being returned. This can occur for a variety of reasons, such as insufficient address, absence of the recipient, or unclear shipping label. However, we have checked with our shipping agent. Your package will not be returned to me but go to a distribution center of courier. We will send you more details by email. In case your package was lost during shipping and it’s because of USPS’s mistake, we will give you a full refund.

    i had put in the order for a custom tune and received such a pretty music box with the exact time stamp duration of the song i asked for—which wasn’t on the list so i was even more impressed that they made the song into such a beautiful music box tune. the heart shape of the box, the interior, and the mirror under the lid were all stunning and the knob was easy to turn. so happy with my purchase—i gave it to my partner for valentine’s day and he cried so…success!

    I rec’d my music box today and I Love it. Great Service & quality! My parents were married June 29, 1952. Last year they celebrated their 70th Anniversary through the years, this was their song…her mother insisted they wait…but within a few weeks of high school graduation, they were married. Indeed not to young at all. Their song is Too Young by Nat King Cole, released in early 50’s.
    My dear Daddy passed 3 months ago. This June 29, will be difficult…but this Beautiful Heart shape music box playing this song, will be so precious to her.

    Again, my many thanks. This is truly a gift of the Heart….for my very special Momma….as we all continue to celebrate their Anniversary with so much Love.

    I ordered a heart shaped walnut box with the word “forever” inscribed on the top with my daughter’s favorite song as the music box tune. This was for her 18th birthday from her boyfriend, and I ordered it 10 days prior to her birthday. It arrived before her birthday and was exactly as we had ordered. I also contacted Pongkul a few times to check on the status of the order, as it was time sensitive, and his responses were incredibly prompt. This is one of the fastest responses from a seller I’ve ever had on e-commerce. I would order again from this website in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend using this company if you are considering it!

    This music box is amazing! They take time and care in making sure your custom tune is correct. The box is very well crafted, and sounds great.
    Very highly recommended, real deal, high quality. They were the only company I found that will do any tune you want, and it’s well worth it:)
