You can pay only deposit amount first, then pay the rest after receiving demo.
Pay $30 deposit

Within 3–5 days after placing your order, we will send you the first demo for approval.

You may request edits if the demo deviates from the original melody.
If you’d like to change the song or adjust the interval used, a $15 USD fee applies to create a new demo.
Once you’re happy with the result, click the “Approve” button. We will begin production, which takes another 4–9 days.
The melody is calculated by an algorithm to ensure it can be produced mechanically. Notes cannot be placed freely like in digital music. See more information here.
Many “music box versions” found online were created using software only, and were never turned into physical music boxes.

To create your demo:

We extract the main melody (usually the vocal line) and convert it into a music box format.
We then add chords and adjust the arrangement based on the limitations of traditional mechanical music boxes.

Please note:

Our music boxes are traditional mechanical music boxes, not digital devices with speakers.

The music is played by a winding mechanism and will loop continuously until the spring runs out, typically 7–8 loops (2–3 minutes total).
The playback speed may be slightly faster or slower than the demo.
A slight scratchy sound may occur during playback when repeated notes are placed close together. This is a normal characteristic of mechanical music boxes.

If your song cannot be made, we will inform you and allow you to change the song or cancel the order for a full refund.
If the musician has already created the demo and you’d like some adjustments, feel free to request edits at no additional cost — as long as it’s within the same section and same song. However, if you choose to cancel the order at this stage, a demo fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid a deposit, and the song can be made into a demo, the deposit is non-refundable.

No matter how many items you purchase, the shipping fee will be charged only once at a fixed rate — just make sure to add all items in a single order.
If you order multiple custom tune music boxes with the same song, you’ll get a $7 discount for each additional box (starting from the second one).
