Refund Policy

We are appreciated for purchasing our product. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, due to some limitation of making the music box which might not reach your satisfaction. In this case, you may ask for refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy

  • In case your song can’t be made, we will notify you to change song. Or, you can cancel at this stage. We will refund all your first payment after deducting the PayPal fee (4.4% + 0.3 USD).
  • If your song already processed demo but you don’t feel satisfy, you can either let us edit the demo until you satisfied or cancel order which we will give a partial refund (All of your payment deduct $20)
  • Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with the order.
  • For shipping process scenario, If the shipping company make mistakes of delivery product and you didn’t receive the product. You can apply for a full refund or we can send you a new one once we received confirmation from shipping company that your item is misplace or undelivered.
  • All the refund we be paid within 7 days after confirmation.

Exchange policy

  • If there is any damage that is made during the manufacturing process, our company will we delivery the new product to the customer. Our company will take full responsibility.
  • If there is any damage occurred during the shipping process, our company will delivery the new product without any cost. *Need to have the confirmation from courier service first*
  • In other cases, customer need to pay for the shipping cost.

Cancellation policy

                It is possible for customer to cancel the order as the following:

  • If the song could not be made by some limitations, customer could cancel the order or try for alternative song.
  • If customer received the music box demo, it is unable to make the cancellation. We can only make the adjustment of demo only.
  • After making an order, the order will be cancelled automatically in 60 minutes if customer doesn’t complete the payment.

Shipping policy

  • After the music box is finished, we will proceed to the packaging process followed by the shipping process. Overall process after received the “music box has finished” email, it will take approximately 1-2 days. Customer can check the shipping status from courier’s website.
  • Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
  • Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 
  • In case of package lost in shipping, you can get a full refund as soon as we get confirmation of the package lost from courier.
