   I ordered two music boxes strictly for the custom song. One I made adjustment to and the song came out good. The other one the tune sounds very different than the song, almost hard to even recognize what song it is. Spending this price solely for the custom song, it was really disappointing that it did not sound enough like the original song. One music box did turn out very nice, which is why I gave it a middle rating. Just the one music box on its own would have received a lower rating though.

   HELLO! I was not looking for this company but it fell in my lap! I needed a special gift made for my fiancé for his birthday and THIS had everything I wanted! My fiancé loss his grandmother whom he loved very much so I was able to add a photo of the two of them and a song she used to love! He cried on impact so it was a HUGE SUCCESS! He kept rewinding it to play it omg this camp out waaaaaay better than I expected! Perfect gift perfect keepsake for anyone! Communication was a breeze the process was very easy going no issues at all. Money VERY WELL SPENT! Thank you so much and look to doing more business in the future I greatly appreciated this!

   My music box is beautiful! It’s well made and the materials feel high quality. The process of getting my custom tune made was smooth and easy, the person who was making it responded quickly and made all my requested adjustments easily. The engraving on the top is perfect. I love it!

    Exactly how it looks in the picture, with a very great quality box and picture you insert. the melody of the tune I picked sounded amazing:) the engraving as I chose was simple, but with the box looked great. Thank you guys, very well done.

    I love the music box, I was a little skeptical to order from this store since I couldn’t find any information online about this shop but decided it was worth the risk and I love it. I’m so excited to gift this to my husband for valentine’s day as I chose to get the song we danced to for our wedding (Fall into me- Forest Blakk acoustic version) on the music box.     Very happy with the end product. They worked with me to try and get the sound right until I was satisfied with the demo. I just wish there was a way to create music boxes with longer sections of a song.

    I am surprised by the wonderful service from Only One Music Box! From start to finish everything went smoothly. I did pay extra to get the music box shipped quickly and it was in great condition. The communication I had with Pongkul A and the music box composer Suwatchara A was amazing. They all really care that my order will go well and the music choice is to my liking. Was skeptical at first ordering from here but now I can say I definitely recommend anyone getting a music box from here!

    They did an amazing job making a custom box for a Valentines Day gift. The contact with the musician was great, he made a great rendition of my song and worked closely with me to make sure it worked for me. Shipping was on time, even with covid. The box was very well-crafted and everything works perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy with their work.

    I am so happy with my custom song music box. I bought this for our anniversary and I can not wait to give it to him. The music came out perfect the first time.     I initially took a chance on purchasing this music box for my Granddaughter and am so happy I did! The finished product was fantastic! They kept me informed just as they said they would by email! They sent links so I could hear song played and pics of the engraving they did. They were very professional and if you follow there instructions it is a very smooth process. They respond timely to emails! They give you the time frame and that’s pretty much the flow. They use Paypal which is great! It was delivered by UPS and was wrapped very nicely! I wanted a special song as a keepsake and now I have it! Would recommend these folks highly!
