   In one word WOW! I ordered one with a custom tune and it is so perfect. The whole process was so fast and the product quality is outstanding.

   Very happy with the end product. They worked with me to try and get the sound right until I was satisfied with the demo. I just wish there was a way to create music boxes with longer sections of a song.

   I just want to say that you guys knocked it out of the park. This music box is incredible the craftmanship on the box and the tune are spot on. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get a custom tune. I just want to thank the creators so much because you exceeded my expectations!

   I’ve ordered a custom tune music box as a gift for my boyfriend for our 3 year anniversary. The communication was really great and they make sure everything was perfect. Shipment was faster than I expected. Quality of the music box was amazing the wood is soft, I see no imperfections and quality is amazing. This is an amazing gift for your loved ones.    I am surprised by the wonderful service from Only One Music Box! From start to finish everything went smoothly. I did pay extra to get the music box shipped quickly and it was in great condition. The communication I had with Pongkul A and the music box composer Suwatchara A was amazing. They all really care that my order will go well and the music choice is to my liking. Was skeptical at first ordering from here but now I can say I definitely recommend anyone getting a music box from here!

   They did an amazing job making a custom box for a Valentines Day gift. The contact with the musician was great, he made a great rendition of my song and worked closely with me to make sure it worked for me. Shipping was on time, even with covid. The box was very well-crafted and everything works perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy with their work.

   I am so happy with my custom song music box. I bought this for our anniversary and I can not wait to give it to him. The music came out perfect the first time. The box is exactly what I expected and what I had hoped for. The turn around was under three weeks for the entire process and the communication was outstanding!    I initially took a chance on purchasing this music box for my Granddaughter and am so happy I did! The finished product was fantastic! They kept me informed just as they said they would by email! They sent links so I could hear song played and pics of the engraving they did. They were very professional and if you follow there instructions it is a very smooth process. They respond timely to emails! They give you the time frame and that’s pretty much the flow. They use Paypal which is great! It was delivered by UPS and was wrapped very nicely! I wanted a special song as a keepsake and now I have it! Would recommend these folks highly!
