Nobody could have prepared me for how perfect these music boxes would be. I ordered two and they both sound incredible -- they also both look and feel so precious and high quality, which is exactly what you want in a gift. Communication was stellar throughout, the staff are very friendly, and they clearly have an immense passion for what they do. If I ever need another song in the future, I'll absolutely be back! Thank you so much again!

HELLO! I was not looking for this company but it fell in my lap! I needed a special gift made for my fiancé for his birthday and THIS had everything I wanted! My fiancé loss his grandmother whom he loved very much so I was able to add a photo of the two of them and a song she used to love! He cried on impact so it was a HUGE SUCCESS! He kept rewinding it to play it omg this camp out waaaaaay better than I expected! Perfect gift perfect keepsake for anyone! Communication was a breeze the process was very easy going no issues at all. Money VERY WELL SPENT! Thank you so much and look to doing more business in the future I greatly appreciated this!

I feel like this is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given a significant other. This process was absolutely amazing and not only the musician was kind and patient, but the other customer service people were too! Although the price isn’t cheap, but for the amount of effort and service, it’s the best $130 you can spend on a gift for someone you love. Thank you so much, I truly loved the product as much as I enjoyed being a part of the customisation process. Now I can only hope he loves it as much as me!

The music box came out beautiful. I wrote this song for my girlfriend after we had an amazing trip to New York & she’ll have an amazing keepsake to hold on to the memory of it, plus if I do say so myself, that melody makes for a great music box. A really special gift for a really special girl.

Navigating the demo was a bit frustrating as I was asking questions and I wasn’t getting straight answers. But I received the music box and it was fantastic! Very happy about how it turned out! Also why does it say $2650.00 here?

I ordered two music boxes strictly for the custom song. One I made adjustment to and the song came out good. The other one the tune sounds very different than the song, almost hard to even recognize what song it is. Spending this price solely for the custom song, it was really disappointing that it did not sound enough like the original song. One music box did turn out very nice, which is why I gave it a middle rating. Just the one music box on its own would have received a lower rating though.
Bought it as a gift for a new baby, baby was enchanted and the family loves it! Amazing service, thanks so much.

The box the music box was packaged in was really well wrapped together, guaranteeing its safety when shipped! And when I saw the music box, I was floored on how clean it looked! The quality is very apparent and fits nicely in your hand! And the music is exactly what I wanted, down to the T! It sounds amazing and will make a perfect present for this Christmas!
