Never got my music box. Checked the tracking number and it said it was returned to the sender. Very disappointed and would like a refund or for my package to be delivered.

This can occur for a variety of reasons, such as insufficient address, absence of the recipient, or unclear shipping label. However, we have checked with our shipping agent. Your package will not be returned to me but go to a distribution center of courier. We will send you more details by email. In case your package was lost during shipping and it’s because of USPS’s mistake, we will give you a full refund.
