The music box was extremely pretty and the music was what I wanted. It’s the perfect gift! The sound quality is amazing and Im glad they send you the demo to be approved before they make it so you know how the music will sound like! Well-packaged as well! Absolutely perfect. Everything I had hoped for and their composer was exceedingly helpful getting the right part of the song as well as making it clear and beautiful. The photo printing was amazing, as was the engraving. 10/10 would recommend.
I picked rush order and it came faster than I even expected! Gave me the perfect amount of time to prepare the box. My questions were answered promptly and professionally, and the entire experience was great. I appreciate the service provided, the prices are fair!

I was so thrilled with the music box playing my daughter’s wedding song last year, choose Only One Music Box to deliver another lovely music box playing my son’s wedding song as a gift to celebrate his nuptials. The customer service is outstanding and so personalized. Thank you Thank you for once again walking me thru the process. The attention to customers is understandable once you see the exceptional craftsmanship of the music box. I really don’t know how they can work so fast at such a reasonable price without sacrificing quality. Elves maybe?
